Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped by uncluttered (Uncluttered Science Private Limited) from New Delhi, India.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within [1–2] business days of payment confirmation (or COD verification). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive tracking details by email — and on WhatsApp, if you opt in.

Delivery timelines

Delivery typically takes [2–7] business days from dispatch depending on your pincode — metros usually sooner, remote pincodes longer. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays can occur.

Areas served

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India via [courier partner / Shiprocket — owner to confirm]. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Charges — no hidden anything

Free shipping on orders over ₹999. Orders at or below ₹999 are charged ₹[79 — owner to confirm] flat, shown clearly at checkout before you pay. All product prices are MRP, inclusive of all taxes.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on serviceable pincodes. COD orders are confirmed by OTP before dispatch — it keeps fake orders from raising costs for everyone. COD availability for your pincode is shown at checkout. If a COD order is refused at delivery repeatedly, we may ask for prepaid on future orders.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; an additional shipping charge may apply.
