1. Who we are

This store is operated by Uncluttered Science Private Limited (“uncluttered”, “we”), First Floor, F-406, Lado Sarai, Gadaipur, New Delhi 110030, India. CIN: U20237DL2026PTC466506. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & information

We work hard to make product information accurate — including our full ingredient disclosures with percentages. Products are cosmetics, not medicines; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Patch-test new skincare, and consult a dermatologist for medical concerns. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images.

4. Pricing

All prices are in INR and are MRP, inclusive of all taxes. If we discover a genuine pricing error on an order, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund — we won't silently substitute. We do not display fictional “was” prices; any discount we show is real.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase; it's accepted when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel orders (with full refund) for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Shipping, cancellation, and refund terms are in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All site content — text, formulas presentation, wordmark, images — belongs to Uncluttered Science Private Limited. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission. (Reading, screenshotting, and sharing our labels to compare products is exactly what they're for — go ahead.)

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempting to breach security, no scraping at scale, no posting fake reviews (we don't fake ours; don't fake yours).

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer-forum rights under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
