uncluttered is a transparency brand, and that extends to your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we'll never do with it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, shipping address, phone number, and email. When you browse: standard technical data (device, pages viewed) via cookies and analytics. When you sign up for updates: your email address. That's it.
What we use it for
To fulfil and deliver orders, send order updates, respond to support requests, notify you about product availability if you asked us to, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. If you opt in to marketing email, you can opt out with one click at any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
What we will never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store — our courier (to deliver), payment gateway (to process payment), and hosting/analytics providers — and only as needed, or where the law requires disclosure.

Retention & your rights
We keep order data as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, and support correspondence as long as needed to help you.
